The “Caucasian Cheese 2015” festival was held this weekend in Tbilisi’s Rike Park. The festival was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Georgian Guild of Cheese Producers and aimed to promote and Georgian cheese making traditions. On November 8, a cheese festival featuring more than 50 varieties of dairy products was held at Expo Georgia in Tbilisi. The popular event featured manufacturers from all regions of Georgia, including individual producers and dairy companies.
