About Tourism – Record Number of Visitors Come to Georgia
In June of this year, 390 808 people visited Georgia – a 72% increase on the same month in 2011.
In the first six months of this year 1 690 493 people have come to Georgia to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Georgian countryside, the wonderful cuisine, the amazing history and culture, the wide range of leisure opportunities and the warmth and hospitality of the Georgian people.
Georgia has much to offer as a vacation destination.

I would love to visit Georgia one day, I can definitely see why tourism is on the rise.
It’s also relatively inexpensive compared to Europe. One of the benefits of a developing tourism sector is that it is able to to draw upon the latest ideas and technologies.
I am just in awe of all the beauty…is there anything that Georgia does not have. It is certainly a beautiful place with a lot of interesting things. If I should ever get to take a far away trip Georgia is where I would want to visit. Hugs
